Want to become a member of staff on MovingDragons? Read on!
1. As a staff member, what do I have to do?
It really depends on what you're doing for the site. Artists will be a lot busier - they will need to draw maps, items, pets, shopkeepers, characters and whatever else MovingDragons requires. Writers, on the other hand, have to write short stories, plotlines and any other long paragraphs that need written which Stellar doesn't want to have to do ;)
2. How active do I have to be?
As active as possible. Staff are not only there to contribute to the site - they are also there to support the members and help out if people are in trouble.
3. What do I get if I am a staff member
As well as recognition, praise and worship, you get one of the following packages:
Short term staff members:
~ 500 FireCoins and 10 WingBeats per item
~ 500 FireCoins and 50 WingBeats per pet/character/shopkeeper
~ 700 FireCoins and 70 WingBeats per map
Long term staff members:
~ 100 WingBeats per item
~ 500 WingBeats per pet/character/shopkeeper
~ 700 WingBeats per map
4. What's the difference between 'long term' and 'short term' staff members?
Long term staff members are pretty much permanent - they join the actual team and are expected to stay for at least half a year. Therefore, they will have a much more prominent position on the site. Short term staff members will be those who only do one or two things for the site, either as a favour or because they want to. They are expected to stay for at least a month.
5. Sounds great! How do I apply?
Just fill out either one of these forms, depending on which you want to apply for, and send it to Stellar with the subject 'Application'.
